4. Our Services
DukaChat enables you to manage finances, including sending money and paying bills, via WhatsApp. We act as a platform facilitator; transactions may be processed by licensed third-party financial partners. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature at any time.
5. Permitted Use
You agree to use DukaChat only for lawful purposes. You must not use the service for fraud, money laundering, or any activity that violates applicable law.
6. Fees & Transactions
Applicable fees will be disclosed before each transaction is completed. Once a transaction is authorised, it may be irreversible. Please review all details carefully before confirming.
7. Privacy
Your personal and financial data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We will never sell your data to third parties.
8. Liability
DukaChat is not liable for losses arising from unauthorised account access due to your negligence, third-party service failures, or events outside our reasonable control.
9. Termination
We may suspend or close your account if you breach these Terms or if required to do so by law or a regulatory authority.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of DukaChat after notification of changes constitutes your acceptance.
